Our Annual Maintenance services provide our clients with the best support plans for Data Center Infrastructure, UPS System, Battery banks, Electrical distribution system, Precision Air Conditioners, Fire detection System, Security Surveillance System, Solar System.
We offer two types of Annual Maintenance Contracts. The first one to offer is, Comprehensive AMC and the other is Comprehensive Annual Service Contract.
Comprehensive AMC Scope of work
- Guaranteed 2-hour on-site response, 7 days/week, and 24 hours/day, within 30 Km of a Global Services’ Service Center.
- Includes 100% parts coverage & Unlimited Break Down calls
- Includes 100% labour and travel coverage 7 days/week, 24 hours/day,
- Performed by factory trained Engineers.
- Includes Four Pre-Scheduled Quarterly Preventive Maintenance Service. (Excluding national holidays).
SERVICE PERFORMED
Preventive Maintenance Service
- Cleaning up of Unit, Visual Inspection to check any deformation.
- Checking and Adjustment (If needed) of Power parameters like input, output, DC voltage & Current.
- Checking and Adjustment (If needed) of Control parameters on different PCBs.
- Tightness of all connection, if shut down possible.
