Inhouse Service Engineer
Requirements
Education: Degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a technical service or support role.
Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in repair and maintenance of Electronic/Electrical Equipment.
Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately diagnose issues and ensure repairs meet quality standards.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to track maintenance schedules, repairs, and parts inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide in-house technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues related to products or systems.
Maintenance & Repair: Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure equipment and machinery function efficiently.
Product Testing: Test and calibrate products, ensuring quality control and proper functioning before they are sent to customers.
Documentation: Maintain accurate service records, including repairs, maintenance schedules, and product performance.
Customer Interaction: Assist in training customers on product usage and maintenance, providing technical guidance as needed.
Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain spare parts inventory for service and repairs.
