Office Assistant

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or office management courses are a plus.

Experience: Previous office or administrative experience preferred but not required.

Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to staff, including filing, document preparation, and handling phone calls.

Office Management: Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary materials are always available.

Scheduling & Appointments: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.

Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or person.

Document Handling: Organize and maintain office files, ensuring documents are easily accessible and securely stored.

Mail & Deliveries: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Data Entry: Assist in entering and maintaining data in spreadsheets.

Meeting Coordination: Assist with setting up meeting rooms, preparing agendas, and taking minutes as required.

General Office Support: Assist with other office-related tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
