Coordinator Sales

Requirements:
Qualification: Degree or Diploma

Experience: 2 to 3 year

Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Coordination:

Assist the sales team with processing orders, preparing quotes, and following up on leads.

Coordinate between sales representatives, customers, OEMs, and internal departments (e.g., finance, logistics).

Maintain an organized database of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

Customer Relationship Management:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person.

Ensure timely follow-ups on client requests, complaints, and feedback.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Sales Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

Track sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Administrative Support:
Handle contracts, invoices, and other sales-related documents.

Schedule meetings, presentations, and sales events.

Manage travel arrangements and expense reports for sales representatives.
