Service Manager

Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree Electrical, Electronics.

Experience: Degree with 5+ Years and Diploma With 10+ Years.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and internal teams.

Team Management Skills: Able to Manage Team of Engineers and OEMs.

Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites as required by the job.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and Coordinating the following: Perform installation, setup, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.

Maintenance & Repair: Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on [specific products or systems] to ensure optimal functionality.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site, providing quick solutions to minimize downtime for customers.

Customer Support: Offer technical support to customers, answering questions and providing guidance on the proper use of equipment.

Training: Provide training and demonstrations to customers on proper equipment use and maintenance procedures.
